The reason i posted this is that i have been under sever stress and tried to google for a solution. And my efforts are worth effective. I found it at last.. u wanna know whats my secret is? ... Games ... online games... Shoot until i feel relaxed. Shoot them right on their butts. Hell yeah.. Now am relaxed.
